Mr. Shahrear Kibria has completed CFAB and BFP under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2019. Mr. Shahrear completed his CA education in London, UK and then moved back to Bangladesh and joined the firm in 2019. Mr. Shahrear completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration The Toronto Metropolitan University (Formerly Ryerson University) in Toronto, Canada.
Mr. Shahrear is an expert in Assurance Services and Valuation Services and puts significant emphasis on valuation and other advisory services. In addition, Mr. Shahrear leads the majority of the business development activities of the firm. Finally, Mr. Shahrear also provides consulting services for IPO clients. Finally, Mr. Shahrear (along with Mr. Rafsan) heads the firm’s bookkeeping and corporate services.
Hasanur Rahman

Md. Hasanur Rahman is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant (16 out of 17 courses completed) under ICAB and currently serves as Deputy Director at G. KIBRIA & CO., Chartered Accountants. He completed his articleship with the firm (2011–2014) and advanced through roles from Manager to Senior Manager.
His core expertise is in Audit & Assurance, along with consultancy and advisory services, including Financial Reporting, External & Internal Audit, Taxation, Secretarial services (RJSC), and Assurance services such as IPO certification, valuation, and compliance audits.
He has worked with prominent clients including Janata Bank, Agrani Bank, Rupali Bank, Uttara Bank, SBAC Bank, BDBL, JMI Group, Mir Group, Unique Hotel & Resorts Ltd., IFAD Autos Ltd., Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd., Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, and PROSHIKA.
He actively participates in professional training on IFRS, banking, insurance audits, and ISQM. He holds a BBA in Finance from IBAIS University and is engaged in social activities through Lions Clubs International and other organizations.
